Scott, a third generation native Atlantan, learned the construction trade from his grandfather and dad. After working with his dad’s company, Scott founded his own company, LPI, Inc. He started out with a modest 10 homes a year. He now builds as many as 200 single-family residences annually, working in eight to ten subdivisions at a time. Scott primarily builds for individuals looking for homes from the $300’s and up, but has also constructed homes over $1 million.

Scott Puckett believes his business depends on you, the customer. He is proud to state that “we are still a custom builder and we are willing to make custom changes for individuals.” His contract home buyers have access to a design studio for the selection of features that will meet their specifications and tastes. Even his lower-end homes incorporate details like ornate trim packages which are usually found in only the most expensive residences.

Scott is especially dedicated to placing design emphasis on those parts of the homes that are family oriented. He points out, “One of our signature items is our kitchens, which are intended to be as comfortable and as spacious as possible.” Accordingly, his homes typically have expansive kitchen islands where families can gather, dine and entertain.

Scott Puckett is a Certified Professional Homebuilder and a member of the Atlanta Homebuilders Association. His company has won several Gold Professionalism Awards in past years. The credentials of his professional staff are impeccable. All field superintendents are the most highly trained and experienced managers in the homebuilding business.
